Food in Nepal. Part 1

TOP 10 Nepal Food. What I recommend and strongly do not recommend to eat in Kathmandu, Lukla, part of Everest Base Camp track

450 Nepalese Rupees = about 4 USD

I reccommend:

• Tibetian bread (with omlet)
  
• Mo Mo (especially with veg)
• Sadeco Potato
  
• Masala Tea
  
• Dal Bat - if only you like rise. Tastes better if prepared in traditional Nepali village kitchen
  
• Lassie
  
• Coconut Milk
  
• Fresh Fruits - especially papaya (but fruits must be not damaged)
  
• Porridge (Europian Cuisine on Track)
• Rosa - WARNING very spicy BUT TASTY canned fish

Better not try:

• Tomato soup on track - it is from package
  
• Nepali Coffe - too hard for me
